Cindy C	I loved the new kitchen countertops and new refrigerator! The large burner on the stove didn’t work. One of the patio chairs was coming apart. Some screws were falling out. The kitchen was better stocked than ever before. I usually visit 2 times a year and stay in A106. My whole family comes down. I wish more units in Bldg A (ground floor) had Satellite!!!! I wish your wi-fi worked better!!!! It would make it easier to do the work and hurry out to the beach. I would like information on the following units: A104, A105, A107, A109
Shad G	We stayed in A-106. We really liked the lay out of this condo. The furnishings were good. We found that the kitchen lacked some larger bowls and pots and pans. However, for the most part, we were very pleased. We have stayed at the Princesa during our Fall Break for the last 10 years. Earlier experiences dealing with SeaSide Rentals drove us to want to deal directly with owners of some of the condos directly to rent. However, this time, was different. The personnel at the front desk and through out our stay were much nicer. There has been a significant improvement in the customer service focus by SeaSide. I am not sure if this was been a focus of attention or not, but wanted to thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

Modern decor, nice wall mounted TVs in all three rooms and two of them Smart TVs (living room and guest room, great for kids). The only issues are that wear and tear are noticeable in the room, e.g…remote controls=worn or not working, damage to bathroom door, front door locking system=worn. Bar stool=missing bolts…and other minor things. I’m not complaining though, but I’m a landlord myself and I noticed. Overall, I would return in a heartbeat, room has great ground location, and close to the front desk/convenience store, pool and much more pros than cons.

Roger S	Making a reservation through Sea Side Vacation Rentals on line was so easy. With just a few questions, my wife & I then contacted the owners about renting the Condo on Sandy Beach. The owners of the Condo put our minds at ease answering all of our questions. We stayed 5 fabulous days in a 2 bedroom Condo facing the waters of the Sea of Cortez for only $445.00. It’s as comfortable as home, except you have this great Ocean Front View. We also got to walk on the beach everyday. The resort was well maintained and the personnel at the resort were friendly and helpful. On our next trip down to Puerto Penasco, we will be renting from Sea Side Rentals and will stay for more than a week. Thanks to all parties involved.
